AB
Simatic AB is a supplier of Automated Guided Vehicle systems.
We specialize in logistic solutions for material
flows, warehousing and transportation in industrial applications.
Since 1990 we have delivered AGVs and we are well established
in Scandinavia and other parts of Europe.
Driverless forklifts,
which offer several practical advantages compared to e.g. roller
conveyor or transfer cars,
are a profitable and flexible transport
technology in a virtually endless number of operations. We have
provided AGV systems in such disparate sectors as foods,
vehicles, tissue, furniture, sanitary ware, cellular plastic,
foundry, ventilation, etc.

New organisation
Acting CEO is now Thor Lorentzen who has 30 years experience
of the AGV - industry.

New financial Statements
Simatic AB has changed the closing date to the end of the
year and have thus established a balance sheet as of 31th
December of 2013. Turnover was MSEK 7.97 and the result
MSEK.0, 02. Financial statements is registered with the
companies registration office.

Simatic delivers
We are installing the 6th AGV system in the same factory at
IFÖ Sanitär AB. A SIMASYS® Standard solution for handling
fragile loads. The AGV system consists of three AGV
forklifts.

Simatic invests in growth
The owners of Simatic AB have decided to conduct
a private placement of 4.8 mkr in order to
finance further expansion and development. After
the new share issue Färna Invest - Gerald
Engström, is now the largest owner of Simatic AB. Other
major shareholders are Almi Invest, Coach &
Capital and founder Allan Johansson.
